    Your safe and secure shopping experience is important to us. Your credit card transactions with us are 100% safe as our secure server software (SSL) is the e-commerce industry standard and encrypts all payment information when you make a purchase.
    Your personal information you provide will never be used by anyone not employed by Embroidery Warehouse. Financial information that is collected is used only used for the current order. If you have placed an order at Embroidery Warehouse, we may, from time to time, use the e-mail address you provided to send you information about news and offerings. If you do not wish to receive such updates, you can remove your e-mail address.

  2. ORDER PROBLEMS
    Please submit a request to our Orders Department. Email orders@afhgear.com.

  3. MAJOR DEFECTS
    All products are "First Quality" and sold as free of major defects. If there is a major defect with any of your items, contact AFHGear.com within 72 hours of receiving your order. Email orders@afhgear.com and describe the problem so we can try to fix the problem.

  4. EXCHANGES
    No exchanges. We will not charge the restock fee if a new order is placed first.

  5. CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
    Due to our fast shipping, we can't cancel or change an order once it is placed.
